2. Definitions

• Company: Refers to Lake Nona Moving.
• Customer: Any individual or entity utilizing our services.
• Services: Includes moving, towing, storage, and any other services provided by Lake Nona Moving.
• Agreement: Any contract, written or verbal, between the Company and the Customer.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Booking and Scheduling

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Customers must provide accurate information regarding their moving or towing needs.
• Any changes to bookings must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is determined based on service type, distance, weight, and additional requirements.
• Customers will receive a quote before service confirmation.
• Payment is due before or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or vehicle breakdowns.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure their belongings or vehicles are ready for transport.
• Any hazardous materials, illegal goods, or perishable items must not be included in the move.
• Customers must inform the Company of any special handling requirements.
• Access to the pickup and delivery location must be clear and safe for our team.

5. Liability & Insurance

5.1 Damage & Claims

• While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for damages resulting from improper packing by the Customer.
• Claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
• Our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance policy.

5.2 Delays & Force Majeure

• The Company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, riots, governmental actions), the Company may reschedule services without liability.

6. Prohibited Items

Customers must not include the following items in their move or transport:

• Explosives, firearms, and hazardous chemicals
• Perishable goods
• Illegal substances
• Valuable items such as jewelry, cash, and important documents (unless previously arranged)

7. Towing Services

• Vehicles must be in a condition suitable for towing.
• The Customer must provide valid ownership documents.
• The Company is not responsible for damages due to pre-existing conditions of the vehicle.

8. Storage Services

• Storage services are available on a short-term and long-term basis.
• Customers must adhere to storage facility regulations.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or remove prohibited items.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from our services must first be addressed through direct communication.
• If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or legal action as per the laws of the state of Florida.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
